Resources

This is a collection of my favorite resources to learn more about leaving religion and increasing in knowledge. As you check out these resources, try to keep an open and freethinking mind, and consider the Holy Bible as the claim and not the evidence.

Removing the Blinders

Satan (not really): Dark and well-researched, this is a fascinating and eye-opening journey into the secrets of the world's best-selling book. It's a little long, but covers a LOT of ground.

Non Stamp Collector: All his videos are a combination of funny, well researched, and horribly drawn cartoons. I love it.

The Truth Hurts: A former Jehovah's Witness puts his bible study training to a different use than he was raised.

Paulogia: A former Christian (Paul) researches the claims of Christians. (Disclaimer: He's a favorite, and his videos had a profound impact on me. I like his videos so much I support him on Patreon. My "tithe money" has a new use.)

Coming Out

Leaving religion can be a jarring, eye-opening, lonely experience. On this episode of The Line, Seth Andrews talks about his experience of "bringing data" to his believer friends. Andrews is a former Baptist who hosted a Christian radio show in Oklahoma from 1990 to 2000. Also on that show is Paul.
